SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on every order to United States and Canada. For other countries, please contact us.

You can follow the progress of your order in the "track my order" tab at the bottom of the site.

The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require an average of 10 to 20 business days (the time may vary depending on the time of year).

We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.

If your order includes more than one item, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

Depending on the time of year, delivery times may be longer than average. We invite you to contact us for any order not received within 20 business days.

Secured shipping : For customers who paid for secured shipping, we send a new item at our own expenses if your package has been lost or damaged by your local post.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Once your order is placed, you cannot change it.

You have one hour after placing an order to cancel it. After that time, no order can be cancelled.

Our return policy lasts for 14 days after receiving your order.

→ Should your gold flatware or utensils have any manufacturing defect, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order through the contact form, with your order number and a picture of the defect in question.

Our team will review the request and if the manufacturing defect of the product is proven, we will then proceed to a compensation or send a new product, depending on the defect.

→ If you wish to make a return because the product does not suit you or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to contact us.

The gold flatware or utensils you wish to return must be in new condition and must never have been used or washed.

To do so, please send us a message through our contact form. Our team will send you the return process.

The Gold Flatware is a proudly Canadian company, selling its products to United States and Canada. All returns are made to Canada. You will have to pay your own shipping cost to return your item to Canada, to the address communicated by our services. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you ordered from the United States, Europe or any other destination, please ensure that any taxes and duties are covered when you pay for your return. We only process returns that come directly to us, without any customs formalities or payment on our part. Any customs fees submitted to our attention will be deducted from the refund or result in the package being refused. Refund of your order is due within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The Gold Flatware sends its products in the whole world in all legality. Even if it is unlikely that you receive an import tax, the buyer is responsible of those of his country and we decline any responsibility.

The Gold Flatware is a Canadian company and its head office is located in Canada. Depending on your country and your bank, it is possible that there is a small exchange fee applied to your order.

Don't worry: this is quite normal. If you had to pay a fee, then we also pay it on our side and unfortunately we can't remove it. Rest assured, this fee is minimal and is easily offset by the free shipping we offer!
